Karachi flights diverted to different airports: PIA spokesperson- Samaa Digital

All of PIA’s Karachi-bound flights have been diverted to different airports as a consequence of unhealthy climate within the metropolis, a spokesperson for the nationwide airline stated Monday.

In an announcement, the spokesperson stated that an alert has been issued to all of the airports, together with Karachi, to handle any emergency state of affairs.

The spokesperson stated that each one passengers might be taken care of and they are going to be facilitated at different airports.

Karachi has up to now recieved over 60mm rain. Up to now, 43mm of rain has been recorded in North Nazimabad, 37mm in Gulshan-e-Hadeed, 35mm in Korangi, 34mm in Surjani City, 32mm in North Karachi, 32mm in Malir and 30mm in Federal B Space.

The Pakistan Meteorological Division has stated that this rain system entered Sindh from India’s Rajasthan. It has forecast one other three days of rain.
