BALTIMORE (AP) — Federal officers say they’ve discovered a missile launcher in a person’s baggage on the airport in Baltimore.
The Transportation Safety Administration mentioned in an announcement that the army grade weapon was situated within the man’s checked baggage at Baltimore/Washington Worldwide Thurgood Marshall Airport.
TSA officers referred to as airport police who discovered the person and detained him for questioning. The unidentified traveler mentioned he was within the army and coming residence from Kuwait. He mentioned he needed to maintain the weapon as a memento.
The TSA mentioned the missile launcher was “not a stay gadget.” Nevertheless it was handed over to the state fireplace marshal for disposal.
The person lives in Jacksonville, Texas, which is about 115 miles (185 kilometers) east of Dallas. He was finally allowed to catch his flight residence.
