Electrocution incidents: 5-member NEPRA crew to succeed in Karachi at present

ISLAMABAD: A five-member Nationwide Electrical Energy Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) crew will attain Karachi at present (Monday) to analyze causes of energy cuts in Karachi and Hyderabad after heavy rainfall lashed out each cities, ARY Information reported.

As per particulars, the NEPRA crew will look over the electrical energy transmission and distribution system within the metropolis. The crew will even examine the deaths occurred in Karachi as a consequence of electrocution incidents.

The crew will study the efficiency of Okay-Electrical as a consequence of which many harmless individuals misplaced their lives in electrocution incidents.

The Sindh authorities has blamed Okay-Electrical administration over exhibiting negligence that claimed the lives of residents in electrocution incidents in rain-hit Karachi.

Whereas speaking to media, Adviser to the Sindh Chief Minister on Info Barrister Murtaza Wahab stated that the dilapidated system of Okay-Electrical is liable for the loss of life of Karachi residents amid heavy rain.

“Harmless persons are struggling as a consequence of ineligibility of Okay-Electrical administration,” Wahab added.

In North Nazimabad space, two youngsters, aged 12 and 14, died of electrocution as they unintentionally touched an electrical wire.
