ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Courtroom will take up a petition in search of assessment of its ruling within the Khadija Siddiqui case on August 8, Thursday.

A 3-judge bench, headed by Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, will hear the petition filed by convict Shah Hussain who challenged the apex courtroom’s Jan 23 resolution of ordering his arrest and upholding five-year time period awarded to him by a periods courtroom.

On Jan 23, the highest courtroom, accepting the plea of Khadija Siddiqui, ordered police to arrest Shah Hussain and ship him to jail from the courtroom.
