Accused arrested over working faux housing scheme beneath Bilawal’s title in Karachi

KARACHI: A group of Anti-Corruption on Tuesday arrested one accused over working a faux housing scheme within the title of Pakistan Folks’s Social gathering (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in Karachi, reported ARY Information.

As per particulars, Anti-Corruption East performed a raid at Bilawal Bhutto Welfare Housing Society’s workplace, located at College Street and arrested the CEO of the corporate named Zafar Jhandir.

In accordance with the officers, that they had performed a raid after receiving a number of complaints relating to the faux housing scheme.

The group bought sixty-four recordsdata of the housing scheme, which was being displayed in Nooriabad. In accordance with Anti-Corruption East, the group is working extra schemes which might be being investigated.

Earlier, the Sindh authorities had launched a low-cost housing scheme for residents of Karachi. The housing challenge was launched in Taiser City Scheme-45 of Malir Growth Authority.

The federal government had set the worth for 80 square-yard plots at Rs80,000; for 120 square-yard plots at 120,000; for 240 square-yard plots at 528,000; and, for 400 square-yard plots at Rs1,200,000.
