UNITED NATIONS (AP) — U.N. consultants say it’s “extremely possible” {that a} lethal airstrike on a migrant detention heart in Libya was carried out by a fighter jet operated by a authorities supporting Khalifa Hifter, who launched an offensive in April making an attempt to take the capital of Tripoli.

The panel stated in a report back to the Safety Council that it “reserves identification of this member state till additional bodily proof or imagery emerges to extend attribution confidence ranges.”
