Banned driver stopped by police had 51 points on licence

A driver who had 51 factors on his licence has been pulled over by law enforcement officials in Peterborough.

The person had already been disqualified from driving when he was caught behind the wheel on Friday.

“He has 51 factors on his licence. Sure, that’s fifty one,” BCH street policing, a unit made up of officers from throughout Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire, mentioned on Twitter.

The person has been reported and his automobile has been seized.

Drivers could be banned from the roads after accumulating 12 factors on a licence.

However investigations have discovered that round 10,000 folks proceed to drive regardless of crossing the 12 level threshold.

Factors could be issued for offences resembling drink-driving, dashing, and failing to provide a specimen. 

It’s unclear what offences the Peterborough driver had dedicated.
