BRAZIL (Reuters) – Brazilian Finance Minister Mansueto Almeida on Tuesday denied that the makers of the Embraer plan (EMBR3.SA) is in dire straits and faces a difficult future after the fall of its $ 4.2 billion commercial commercial sales for the Boeing jet company (B.N).
Speaking in an online discussion held by Arko Advice consultant, Almeida said he was not aware of reports that Embraer was in talks with the development bank BNDES regarding the $ 1 billion rescue package. Embraer confirmed on Tuesday that he was considering various financing options, including with BNDES.
