Boeing will pay Brazilian airline Gol US $ 412 million for 737 MAX runway | Instant News

SAO PAULO: Brazilian airline Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes said on Wednesday that it would receive a total of 2.4 billion reais (US $ 412.03 million) from Boeing Co. as compensation for the grounding of the 737 MAX, which hasn’t flown for more than a year.

Payment time has been a savior for Gol who, like his colleagues around the world, was shaken because of the coronavirus crisis.
