ISLAMABAD: An accountability court suspended the false bank account hearing and Park Lane Estate Company cases against former President Asif Ali Zardari, Faryal Talpur and other defendants until March 3, ARY News reported.
The former president skipped today’s court presentation due to his health problems, while Faryal Talpur and other co-defendants appeared before the court.
Asif Zardari’s lawyer, Farooq H Naek, informed the court that the National Responsibility Office (NAB) did not provide them with copies of the references, filed against their client.
After the court ordered the NAB to provide copies of the references to the defendant, it postponed the hearing of the case until March 3.

Speaking to the news men outside the court, Farooq H Naek said his client, Asif Ali Zardari, is seriously ill and doctors have advised him not to travel.
On July 19, the National Responsibility Office (NAB) had submitted the Park Lane property reference against former president and co-president of the People’s Party of Pakistan (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari.
According to the NAB, Zardari is accused of harming the loss of Rs 3.77 billion for the national treasury.
According to the details, Asif Ali Zardari was allegedly for running a fake company with the name of Parathon as a shareholder in Park Lane properties.
