Mahmood Khan Achakzai attends the Republic of India Day ceremony

ISLAMABAD: The president of the Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP), Mahmood Khan Ackahzai, has once again aroused the controversy, this time by attending the Republic of India Day ceremony held at the private hotel in Islamabad on Friday, he said ARY News.

At the ceremony of the Day of the Republic of India, held in Islamabad, no Pakistani attended nationally.

In 2016, the head of the Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party, Mahmood Khan Achakzai, was the center of attention when he disputed reports on the participation of the Indian intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW) in the Quetta explosion.

It should be noted that Kashmir will observe the Day of the Republic of India, on January 26, as a black day.

The main leader of APHC and the president of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir, Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai, have asked the people of the territory to observe the Day of the Republic of India as Black Day.

Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai said in a statement in Srinagar: India claims to be the largest democracy in the world, but its democratic credentials are heavily exposed in occupied Kashmir, where it denies all democratic rights to the people of Kashmir for the past 72 years.
