KARACHI: Three employees of the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) in Karachi were fired from their jobs on charges of harassing co-workers, ARY News reported Friday.
The hospital administration issued dismissal orders for its three employees following the decision of the Federal Ombudsman under the Workplace Harassment Protection Act of 2010.
Employees include Abdul Latif, Javed Hussain and Mirza Zafar Mehmood, who faced charges of harassing co-workers. The dismissed employees were also fined by the administration.
It is pertinent to mention here that female staff members have filed complaints against people for harassment.
