KARACHI: State Financial institution of Pakistan (SBP) on Tuesday formally issued a commemorative coin on the event of the 550th start anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak.
The commemorative coin was revealed in a ceremony held in Karachi.
Talking on the event, Governor State Financial institution of Pakistan Reza Baqir mentioned the aim of releasing the commemorative coin by the central financial institution is to complement and be a part of nationwide efforts to advertise interfaith concord.
He mentioned the founding father of Sikh faith preached the message of peace and brotherhood. He expressed the arrogance that via this coin his message will attain each family.
