RuPaul Drag Race star Divina De Campo and former X Factor winner Sam Bailey have joined forces to raise money for charity care workers with cappella performance.
The couple are among celebrities who medley in songs, and appear with West End stars including Rodney Vubya from The Book of Mormon and Amy Di Bartolomeo from We Will Rock You.
The show, which is available on YouTube, raises money for Charity Workers’ Charity.
The medley is titled The AcaArmy Lockdown Megamix and features performances by singers recorded separately.
Karolina Gerlich, executive director of Charity Workers’s Charity, said: “We are very happy that people come together to sing for our care workers, it will make us smile, cheer us up, and collect all that important valuable funds.
“Our target to raise £ 2 million will enable us to continue to issue grants to care workers who face difficulties due to isolation alone, protecting or with the virus itself.”
Medley performed songs including Britney Spears’s Toxic and Gloria Gaynor’s I Will Survive.
