Estelle Reiner, wife of the prolific actor Carl Reiner died at age 94, after an incredible life, filled with love, music and fabulous family of show business.
On the fateful Saturday, 25 October 2008 Estelle Reiner died. She was 94-year-old ardent woman who lived and loved so long. Estelle was an actress and singer as well.
She starred only in few films, but not etching the memory of her beauty in the minds of his audience. After her brief stint in acting, the actress moved on to jazz and also captured your audience.

Her most iconic role was in the 1989 romantic Comedy “When Harry met Sally” in which she uttered her famous phrase: “I am what it is,” in the scene where the main character — played by Meg Ryan portrayed a very convincing climax. Her nephew George Sharpiro told the Hollywood reporter:
“She was the most loving, family-oriented person, with her own artistic skills…”
Shapiro added that in the late Estelle was incredible when it came to make everyone laugh, as if he just came to her easily, she was a natural actress.
The news of the death of the actress it was heartbreaking for her many fans. She survived her husband, Carl, and her three children-sons Rob and Lucas, and daughter Annie.
Despite its brevity, Estelle’s career as an actress brought her unforgettable roles in several great films, including the 1980-ies 1980-ies of the Comedy-drama “Fat man”, in the 1983 Mel Brooks Comedy, the war film “to be or not to be”, and of course, her continuing role in “When Harry met Sally.”
According to Variety, her path as a musician began only when she was 65. Even after she stopped more chaotic aspects of life as a jazz singer, she continued singing in new York and Los Angeles clubs until she was 93.
Her favorite songs were always rare-known jazz tunes such as “handy James Taylor man” and the first record of Irma Thomas ever, “you can have My husband (but please don’t take my man)”.
His career as a jazz musician gave birth to seven albums, including “Paradise” in 1995 and “ukulele Mama” in 2001. Her son, Rob, was a prolific actor and Director, like his father, while her daughter, Annie, turned to drama, poetry, and music.
Estelle married her husband, Carl, on Christmas eve in 1943. At the time, she is also developing a project of a defense contractor, while Carl was on army leave.
On 29 June 2020, it was reported that Charles died and was reunited with his sweetheart in the wrong direction.
