Making sure that she got a nose job at the age of 19, GIA Giudice has been spotted for the first time after the procedure of rhinoplasty.
The eldest daughter of Real Housewives of new Jersey star Teresa Giudice has been seen to bring some items from CVS in her new Jersey home Tuesday.
This 19-year-old revealed on Instagram last Friday that she got a nose job, with the full approval of mother Teresa.

She completed her casual look with a pair of Givenchy slides, while conducting several six-packs of soda, some of the Prime packages Amazon black handbag and bag from CVS.
