SANDY SPRING, Ga. – The mother former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Sheree Whitfield is missing.

The reality TV star asked for prayers for her family in an Instagram post on Wednesday.

“We all know that prayer can move mountains !!!,” Whitfield said on Instagram. “I am hesitant to express my concern about my mother’s safety because, although I have been in close contact with the police for the past two weeks, I am also very personal when it comes to my family.”

“Also, in the past, my mother had taken a private vacation without letting the family know and we respected her side,” he added. “However, this is the longest he has experienced without reaching anyone from his family or friends.”

Sandy Springs police said Thelma Ferguson last seen on March 23 leaving her home. He wore gray pants and a black shirt.

The police say he is maybe driving a 2009 Honda Accord in gray with a Georgia number plate: RMZ5773.

According to police, Ferguson has relations with Ohio and California.

“Right now we are leaning on God and staying positive and praying that he returns home safely,” Whitfield said on social media. “HOME is where the HEART is and prayer in the amount of work.”

“As we all continue to navigate through these uncertain times, remember the blessing of having each other … Family is everything! I ask everyone to pray to return safely to my mother’s house,” Whitfield said in his post.

Anyone who saw him, or knew where he was, was asked to call Sandy Springs Police detectives at 770-551-6923.
