Pac-12 is arranged with a conference schedule of 20 matches for each team during the 2020-21 basketball season, according to CBS Sports’ Jon Rothstein.

Rothstein added that two league games will be played in December.

Last season, the Arizona State Sun Devils played a total of 31 games, playing 20-11 against Pac-12 opponents and non-conference teams. The Arizona Wildcats finishes the year on 21-11. The Wildcats were able to play a Pac-12 tournament match, winning over the Washington Huskies, before the match was stopped due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Sun Devils’ meeting with the Washington State Cougars at the tournament was canceled before they could take over the court.

The NCAA Division I Council announced on September 16 that they had voted to start the 2020-21 college basketball season on November 25, the day before Thanksgiving. The board is scheduled to meet in mid-October to re-discuss men’s and women’s basketball and vote on possible amendments.

News of the pac-12 hoop schedule comes following plans to resume football at the conference on November 6. The season will feature six regular season matches in conference and conclude with the Championship Pac-12 Match on 19 December.

The conference added that any sports competition taking place on the Pac-12 school campus would not be allowed to have fans. It will last until the end of the year before a conference reviewing decisions in January based on health and safety considerations.
