The latest on the effects of the coronavirus outbreak on sports around the world:

The Monmouth men’s basketball team has suspended all team activities following a positive COVID-19 result and will enter a period of quarantine.

This weekend’s games in Manhattan have been postponed. Schedule has not been adjusted.

The New Jersey school said Friday the positive test came from a group that included players, coaches and staff. It stems from regularly scheduled program testing.

Oklahoma State said its home men’s basketball game against Oklahoma, originally scheduled for January 16 in Stillwater, had been reset for February 25.

The match was postponed due to a positive COVID-19 test in the Oklahoma State program, according to Oklahoma State officials.

The two teams are also scheduled to meet February 27 at Norman.
