Vehicles must approach from the north from the East Fourth Street area and head south on Vine Street to the pantry. People who come to the pantry are warned not to queue before 3:45 because it can cause congestion in the surrounding streets.
The box will be placed in the vehicle's open trunk from the garage door on the west side of Vine Street. The line must be one file on the west side of Vine Street and people must stay in their vehicles.
According to a press release, pedestrians will be served only from the front door on Third Street. No parking will be allowed on the streets or in parking lots around the building.
