- Don’t lose anything you want to eat, or enjoy.
- Listen to your body, like listening when you need certain foods, listening when you need sleep and rest.
- Don’t think too much about changes in body weight – whether it’s profit or loss – it may shrink the scale by a little.
- Avoid punishing yourself or rewarding yourself with different foods.
