An unlicensed food vendor, operating on the southeast corner of Military Road South and South Star Lake Road, was shut down by Public Health – Seattle & King County food inspectors at around 1:45 p.m. Jan.25.
The closure was due to vendors selling chicken and pork tamales from ice crates, according to the county.
King County Public Health listed the reasons for company closure on the county website. Other violations forcing the closure include food code violations, failure to adhere to the licensing process, the COVID-19 outbreak, or violation of the COVID-19 Safe Start guidelines.
