Among the sandals, sandals, and sneakers that were missing were running shoes for citizen Christian Meyer, the Berlin newspaper Daily Mirror reported.

Meyer told the newspaper that he posted about his shoes being stolen on the announcement board platform of the German community Nebenan.de, where he learned that dozens of other shoes had also disappeared in the area.

While investigating the disappearance, he said on paper that he caught the “red hand” fox with a pair of blue flip-flops in his mouth. Meyer took photos of animals transported from footwear and then discovered multi-colored shoes.
