JAP seeks immediate withdrawal of production order issued by NA speaker for Shehbaz

LAHORE: The Judicial Activism Panel (JAP) has written a letter to Speaker Nationwide Meeting, Asad Qaiser, in search of withdrawal of manufacturing orders of former chief minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif, ARY Information reported.

In keeping with the JAP, manufacturing orders of an individual, present process bodily remand ordered by the courtroom, couldn’t be issued.

This was the third time NAB requested for the PML-N president’s transit remand. On November 10, Shahbaz’s bodily remand was prolonged till Nov 24. Earlier, on November 6, an accountability courtroom in Islamabad had prolonged his transit remand till Nov 10.
