Legendary Indian singer Manna Dey died on the wee hours of Thursday (October 23) in Bangalore. He was 94 and survived by two daughters.
After a protracted sickness, Manna Dey breathed his final at a personal hospital in Bangalore. “Dey breathed his final round four am. After his situation all of the sudden deteriorated within the wee hours although he was on a ventilator,” KS Vasuki, spokesman of Narayana Hrudayalaya, informed IANS.
Manna Dey was affected by old-age illnesses and left behind two daughters Rama and Sumita.
