LAHORE: The Lahore Excessive Courtroom (LHC) on Monday will resume listening to into bail petitions filed by former minister for Railways, Khawaja Saad Rafique and his brother Khawaja Salman Rafique.
A two-member bench of the courtroom presided over by Justice Baqir Ali Najfi will proceed listening to into petitions searching for bail for Khawaja brothers in Paragon Housing rip-off case.
Khawaja brothers of their bail pleas have said that the NAB nominated them within the case with out having any concrete proof in opposition to them.
