Nassir Little is probably not on the ground Friday.
The freshman is coping with flu-like signs and is questionable to play in North Carolina’s Candy 16 matchup in opposition to Auburn, the varsity introduced Thursday. Little has been held out of form the final two days.

“I can say it’s arduous to make a 180-turn as a result of there’s no method on the earth he may play if we’re taking part in as we speak,” Tar Heels coach Roy Williams informed reporters, via the Kansas City Star. “I don’t foresee making a choice till recreation time. But when he’s like he’s now, there’s no method he can play.”
Little, UNC’s sixth man, is averaging 10 factors and 4.7 rebounds whereas taking pictures 48.5 p.c from the sphere this season.
The ahead tallied 20 factors and 7 rebounds in 21 minutes in North Carolina’s Spherical of 32 victory over Washington final weekend.
