Miter 10, which operates 84 stores across New Zealand, will implement Reflexis Systems’ (now part of Zebra Technologies) Real-Time Task Manager, Q-Walk and Mobility solutions. Retailers will take advantage of Real-Time Task Manager simplified processes, built-in intelligence and mobile-first interfaces to increase transparency and communication across the company.

In addition, the Miter 10 field management team will use the Q-Walk mobile solution to streamline the retailer’s on-site audit process, with the aim of enabling more efficient collaboration among 6,000 store-level employees to enable them to spend more time with customers. .

Retailers will also take advantage of the Reflexis One cloud-based workforce management platform to arm store managers and associates with real-time data via the Reflexis Mobility function. This will allow store-level managers to update work schedules, assign tasks, and troubleshoot store execution issues in real-time without leaving the retail floor.
