The U.S. carried out an “extraordinary” flight over Ukraine Thursday days after Russiaoff Crimea. Citing the Open Skies Treaty, the Pentagon stated the U.S. and allies carried out the flight “to reaffirm U.S. dedication to Ukraine and different companion nations.”
