Pakistan facilitating Sikh pilgrims, says FM Qureshi

ISLAMABAD: International Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi mentioned on Saturday Pakistan has taken most steps to facilitate Sikh Yatrees who will arrive in Kartarpur to take part in celebrations of the start anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak.

Speaking to media in Multan this afternoon, he mentioned 15,000 Sikh Yatrees will arrive in Pakistan to attend Baba Guru Nanak’s start anniversary.

He mentioned former Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh has accepted Pakistan’s invitation to attend the Kartarpur opening and the start anniversary celebrations of Baba Guru Nanak.

FM Qureshi mentioned Prime Minister Imran Khan needed to resolve all excellent points between Saudi Arabia and Iran by negotiations. He added Pakistan believes in peaceable neighborhood.

Condemning the bomb blasts in a mosque in Nangarhar province of Afghanistan, the overseas minister mentioned Pakistan affords deepest sympathies and condolences over the lack of valuable lives within the incident.
