KARACHI: The headquarters of the Pakistan Cricket Council (PCB) in Lahore will begin functioning from Wednesday, 3 June, studied on Monday.
“This will be a partial opening with limited staff at headquarters to investigate daily matters, pending work and priorities,” a council official told the correspondent.
“Only the head office will continue work while the decision to reopen regional centers such as Karachi and others will be considered later,” the official added.
For a question about the UK tour, the official said that the planning stage had ended even though it was locked. “But the next step is to hold a training camp, given the government’s direction,” he said.
“We hope to hold a training camp next week with full preventative measures in place determined by the government to limit risks. Also, the induction of local assistant coaches for the camp is also not in doubt, “the official said.
