NAB notification after APC expresses panic in the government: Bilawal | Instant News

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari condemned NAB’s notification to Maulana Fazlur Rehman and called it Prime Minister Imran Khan’s attempt to pressure Opposition politicians through the NAB.

“The PTI government is frightened by the Pakistan Democratic Movement and sent NAB notifications to political leaders after the APC expressed government insecurity,” he said in a statement on Thursday.

Bilawal said the Imran Khan Niazi regime could no longer suppress popular resistance no matter what it did or use the NAB or other means to victimize opposition leaders.

The PPP chairman called on the PTI regime to stop using such tactics against JUI-F Maulana Fazlur Rehman and other opposition leaders, adding that the countdown had started for the regime as people were fed up with anti-people, anti-democracy and anti-policy. the economy.

Meanwhile the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) screaming at the government began to emerge after the brilliant success of the All Parties Conference (APC) and the NAB became too active for political engineering.

“A colleague of Maulana Fazlur Rehman was arrested yesterday and there were talks about the arrest of Shahbaz Sharif,” said PPP Member of Parliament Information Secretary Dr Nafisa Shah while addressing a joint press conference with Palwasha Khan and Nazir Dhoki on Thursday.

Dr Nafisa Shah said that during Raza Rabbani’s time as chairman of the Senate, the security agencies used to come to Parliament to explain the security situation. “This is what is called civil supremacy,” he said.

Dr Nafisa Shah said that the issue of national security had been discussed in a meeting with the military commander but the federal minister, on Imran Khan’s instructions, began to talk about the meeting in the media. He said PTI ministers were handing out certificates of patriotism and calling the opposition traitors. “The chairman of the MPR behaved like a PTI employee and broke the laws and regulations. And don’t even let the opposition leader speak in the assembly, ”he said.

He said chaos in government was evident by the daily nonsense of government ministers. “President Asif Ali and Nawaz Sharif’s speeches were broadcast by all television channels and watched by the whole country,” he said.

Palwasha Khan said the Minister of Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmed deliberately talked about the meeting regarding security issues and he was undermining the security issues of the country. “If anyone from the opposition talks about the meeting then he will be tried under treason but no action against the federal minister,” he said.

He questioned the prime minister’s disappearance from the scenario as well as from important meetings on security issues. He said now, PDM will start its movement soon, but the government is starting to panic and arrest the political workers.

He said civil supremacy was in the 1973 Constitution.

“The APC communique speaks of freedom of justice, electoral reform, independent foreign policy, the fall of Kashmir, and accountability as a whole,” he said, adding that this is a problem Pakistan is facing now and the PTI government cannot solve it. .

Meanwhile, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto demanded free and fair elections in Gilgit-Baltistan so that the people determine their own future.

In a series of tweets on Thursday, Bilawal said that reforms were first introduced in Gilgit-Baltistan by Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto in 1974 and also removed the FCR & Raajgi system from Gilgit-Baltistan, “he said.

Counting the achievements of the PPP administration, Bilawal said that the first legal framework order was given by Benazir Bhutto Shaheed in 1994 whereas in 2009, former president Asif Ali Zardari named Gilgit-Baltistan, empowered his assembly and much more.

He said that he has promised more rights to the people of Gilgit-Baltistan in our 2018 election manifesto. “We are now demanding free and fair elections in Gilgit-Baltistan so that the people can determine their own future,” he said.

He said the PPP would run the 2020 elections with the same manifesto. “It’s time to make the dreams of the people of GB come true,” he said. He appealed to the people of Gilgit-Baltistan to download the 2018 PPP manifesto and see the reforms we promised the people of the area.
