ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Information and Broadcasting Asim Saleem Bajwa said Prime Minister Imran’s speech to the General Assembly of the United Nations (UNGA) has made every Pakistani proud.

PM Imran’s clear stance on Kashmir, Palestine and regional peace, the promise to lift our masses out of poverty and India’s stern warning of any wrongs are commendable, said Asim Bajwa.

The PM urged the UN to protect Kashmiris from India’s impending genocide

Prime Minister Imran Khan said on Friday that his government’s policies are aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens and that peace is needed to grant rights to citizens.

Speaking at the United Nations (UN) General Assembly via video link, he said once his government took office, they always wanted to build a just and humane society geared towards uplifting people who are under poverty.

The prime minister said that the 75th anniversary of the United Nations is an important milestone towards achieving our collective goals of peace and stability.
