The Peshawar High Court (PHC), Abbottabad bench, on Tuesday postponed the decision of a 10 percent increase in fees by the Abbottabad Public School (APS) and suspended administration for collecting additional fees

ABBOTTABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – Apr 21, 2020):Peshawar High Court (PHC), Abbottabad Bench on Tuesday postponed the decision to increase costs by 10 percent Abbottabad Public school (APS) and stop the administration to collect additional fees.

The PHC bench consists of Hakim Ahmed Ali and Hakim Shakeel Ahmed after that hearing the arguments of both parties, ordered the APS administration to stop charging an additional 10 percent fee by issuing a booking to stay.

Early last month, APS ride from governor has increased costs by 10 percent and the college administration has begun to collect it.

Decisions of a 10 percent increase were challenged by parents at the Puskesmas Abbottabad bench received by court.
