PML N attacks Imran Khan’s government for the release of Shahbaz Sharif Hamza 6 days after his mother-ANI’s death | Instant News

Islamabad [Pakistan], 28 November (ANI): Pakistan’s Muslim Information Secretary Leauge Nawaz Marriyum Aurangzeb on Friday lashed out at Prime Minister Imran Khan for saying he and his accountability adviser Shahzad Akbar have a “low mentality” because they have to continue to politicize sensitive issues such as health and death.
“Sometimes they politicize health issues and sometimes politicize someone’s mother’s death,” Aurangzeb was quoted as saying by Geo News and added, “Their inferior thinking can be judged by the fact that they released Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Sharif from prison on parole six days after their mother’s death. , that too at 16:15. “
Aurangzeb further attacked the federal government saying that Imran Khan and Akbar “have no humanity or shame left in them” otherwise they would order the release of Shahbaz and Hamzah on the day of Begum Akhtar’s death.
According to Geo News, he added that Sharif’s family requested parole for 14 days but at PM Imran Khan’s direction, only five days were given.
“Conditional release is Shahbaz and Hamza’s legal and moral rights. It is not assistance provided by the government,” he said, adding, “If they were not shy, petty and petty, they would have given them a 14 day parole.”
Pakistani media outlets further reported that Shahbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shahbaz were conditional on five days to attend Begum Shamim’s funeral subject to the arrival of his body in the country from London. The two leaders have been jailed after being accused of money laundering. (ANI)
