The Islamabad High Court seeks the government's response to the re-appointment of the CMO

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday reinforced a stay order against the re-appointment of the official Capital Development Authority (CDA) Humayun Akhtar as City Chief Officer (CMO) and directed the Federation to send his answer to the next session.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – April 30, 2020): The Islamabad High Court (IHCThursday reinforced the order of stay over the reappointment Capital Development Authority (CDA) official Humayun Akhtar as City Chief Officer (CMO) and directed the Federation to send his replies to the next hearing.

The case was tried by a single judge Judge Mohsin Akhtar Kiani.

Adil Adil Aziz Qazi appeared in front court on behalf of the Mayor of the applicant Islamabad Sheikh Ansar Aziz.

That court The reservation stated without response from that government in this issue and issued a notification again looking for a reply from that government beforehand ahead hearing.

Then hearing postponed until September.
