Federal Minister for Energy Omer Job Khan said that the opposition parties gathered under the umbrella of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) to save their corruption.

He expressed this view during a speech at a public gathering in Ghazi following the inauguration of the Rs50 million worth of Jhamra road. The minister further said that the opposition political parties have no affiliation with the masses and they also have no goals for the PDM.

He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has returned the country’s economy to the right track and we will continue to serve the masses. “PM Imran Khan feels the pain of the masses and following his vision the government KP has started the Insaf Health Card where each family can take advantage of health facilities up to one million rupiah,” he added.

While talking about the development schemes that have been initiated in his constituency for the past two years Omer Job Khan said that Sui’s gas, electricity and trunk construction projects worth billions of rupees are underway and many of which will be completed soon.

He further said that the electricity supplier under construction will solve the electricity problem in the Haripur district for the next 80 to 90 years, adding that at a multi-billion rupee cost we have started a mega road project, the Haripur Pakistan Telephone Industry (TIP) will also be restored.
