New Delhi [India]May 9 (ANI): In the latest video from Pakistan Occupying Kashmir, Hizbul Mujahideen head and Department of State of the United States designated ‘Global Terrorists’ Syed Salahuddin seen holding a condolence meeting for the Hizbul terrorist Riyaz Naikoo, who was killed by Indian security forces in Kashmir on May 5.
In the video, Syed Salahuddin can be seen lamenting the loss of their students Riyaz Naikoo who was appointed as commander of Hizbul in Kashmir. In a two minute video, Syed Salahuddin also claimed responsibility for the terror attack on Handwara which killed 5 Indian Army personnel and one person Jammu and Kashmir Police.
