Steps taken by the government’s limited coronavirus spread: Fayyazul Hassan Chohan
LAHORE: Punjab Information Minister Fayyazul Hassan Chohan has said that the government has recognized the active services of the journalist community for coronaviruses, adding that work is being carried out on special packages to media representatives on the orders of the main Punjab ministers. In a statement on Wednesday, Fayyazul Hassan Chohan said that the Pakistani government had limited the spread of the corona virus by timely measures, but despite that the global pandemic had affected all fields, including health, education and employment. The minister said the government had started the Taleem Ghar channel to save students’ academic years and persuade private schools to cut costs and not lay off teachers.
He called the protective device by the Pakistan-Nawaz Muslim League (PML-N) a joke for media representatives, adding that it was a cheap joke by the N League by calling facemask, soap and hand sanitizer as complete protective devices.
Fayyazul Hassan said that people were satisfied with the steps taken by the Buzdar government for the corona virus despite negative propaganda by the N League. He also said that all types of medical, technical and financial assistance were being provided to the Ministry of Health.
