ISLAMABAD: Pakistan summoned a senior diplomat from the Indian High Commission on Thursday, the third time this week, to protest alleged violations of the ceasefire by Indian forces along Control Line.

The foreign office claiming that “indiscriminate and indiscriminate shooting” by Indian troops on Wednesday at Chirikot Sector resulting in serious injury to a 45-year-old villager.

However, a spokesman for the Indian Army said on Wednesday that Pakistani forces opened fire and fired on many advanced areas along LoC in two sectors of Jammu and KashmirPoonch District, withdrawing retaliation from Indian troops.
