PESHAWAR: A bench of Peshawar Excessive Courtroom (PHC) on Thursday suspended the notification of Particular Assistants and Advisers of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa authorities, ARY Information reported.
Provincial Data Minister Shaukat Yousufzai, responding to the court docket resolution stated that the excessive court docket has declared appointment of advisers and particular assistants in provincial authorities as ‘unconstitutional’.
