PM Imran Khan appreciates ICJ’s determination in Kulbhushan Jadhav case

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday appreciated the Worldwide Courtroom of Justice’s (ICJ) determination in Kulbhsuhan Jadhav case, ARY Information reported.

The Worldwide Courtroom of Justice (ICJ) in its verdict in Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav’s case rejected many of the cures sought by India.

In his tweet, PM stated, “Recognize ICJ’s determination to not acquit, launch & return Commander Kulbhushan Jadhav to India. He’s responsible of crimes in opposition to the folks of Pakistan. Pakistan shall proceed additional as per legislation.”

Earlier, International Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi had congratulated the nation over Pakistan’s victory in Kulbhushan Jadhav case at Worldwide Courtroom of Justice (ICJ).

Addressing a press convention in Islamabad, the international minister termed ICJ’s verdict in Kulbhushan case an ethical victory of Pakistan. He stated that Kulbhushan Jadhav, an Indian Navy officer working for Indian covert company Analysis and Evaluation Wing (RAW), will stay in Pakistan’s custody and he can be handled in accordance with the legal guidelines of Pakistan.

The minister stated that the Indian requests for acquittal, re-trial and launch of Jadhav have been rejected by the worldwide courtroom.

He additional stated that ICJ expressed confidence in Pakistan’s judicial system and acknowledged the nation’s legal guidelines and jurisdiction.
