PM Imran Khan directs to resolve 33,000 unresolved complaints registered through PCP

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed to make PM Citizen’s Portal (PCP) as an efficient platform to resolve public complaints, ARY Information reported on Sunday.

“Deal with the 33 thousand unresolved complaints registered by the portal inside fourteen days”, the PM supply unit has been suggested.

The unit has been directed to contact these residents who’ve withdrawn their complaints to know the rationale behind it.

It stated that over 960 thousand customers have used the portal thus far and seven, 64,557 complaints have been registered wherein 6, 17,239 have been resolved.  It stated that those that registered pretend complaints can be blocked.

Earlier on March 18,  Prime Minister’s Particular Assistant on Media Iftikhar Durrani had stated Pakistan Citizen Portal had resolved over 380,000 public complaints out of 539,000 thousand registered ever since its inception in October final 12 months.
