Rawalpindi may get seven new police stations

RAWALPINDI: The federal government of Punjab is prone to set up seven new police stations in Rawalpindi and a abstract on this regard has been forwarded to the provincial authorities.

In line with the studies, 4 police stations shall be reconstructed and 6 police stations shall be divided into two police stations. Alternatively, permission has been sought from Punjab authorities for the institution of a separate police station for brand new Islamabad Airport.
