Tea Katai made a post that has since been deleted on her Instagram story this week, Galaxy confirmed Wednesday night in a statement calling the post “racist and harsh.”
The team said his meeting with Katai would “determine the next step.”
The Tea Dwarf posts include profane summons, written in Serbian, and threats to protesters.
The 29-year-old Dwarf joined the Galaxy in December after spending his first two seasons on MLS Chicago fire. He has made nine appearances for SerbiaThe national team, including three years ago in the Euro 2020 qualifying match.

Dwarf began with an impressive start to his MLS career with 12 league goals in his debut season for the Fire, but his production slipped last year, making Chicago reject his team’s choice for 2020.
He spent the first eight years of his European career, including 69 matches with the Serbian powerhouse Red Star Belgrade.
MLS play was stopped due to a coronavirus pandemic, but some Galaxy players returned to the club’s training complex two weeks ago to begin individual training and rehabilitation.
