Law360 (June 1, 2020, 11:35 PM EDT) – Manufacturers for baby products company Graco filed another patent infringement lawsuit against the manufacturer of children’s products Evenflo Company Inc., accusing some of its car seats of deliberately violating three patents including the Graco convertible Car seats “Nautilus Snuglock LX”.

Wonderland Switzerland AG filed a lawsuit on Friday in a Delaware federal court on the charge that Evenflo tore off patented features in several Graco child car seats that can be used from infancy until a child is ready to ride without a seat. The lawsuit argues that competing product designs are so similar that ordinary observers will think Evenflo products are for Graco’s.
