According to Oakland County The Sheriff’s office, the collision occurred on Saturday afternoon about 12:30 o’clock 60-year-old man was riding a Bicycle through the intersection on Jessie Osmun streets when a dark Ford SUV, traveling East, came through the intersection and hit the man.
According to police, the driver got out of the car to check for victims, but as the witness approached, she got into the car and fled.
Police described the driver as a black woman believed to be driving a black or dark blue Ford Escape.
The car is expected to have front-end damage.
Anyone with information on the car or the people involved, the driver is asked to call crime stoppers at 1-800-speak-up. There is a $ 1000 cash reward and will remain anonymous.
