KARACHI: Chairman of the PAK-UEA Business Council from FPCCI & President Hon. The Sindh Karachi Consular Corps, Dr Mirza Ikhtiar Baig has celebrated the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on the 49th National Day.

Dr Baig said over the past 49 years the development of the UAE, under the dynamic leadership of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoom, prime minister and vice president, was extraordinary and set a role model for the world. The two countries have enjoyed this historical relationship so far, as many Pakistanis have contributed to the country’s development in their respective fields, while the UAE is the largest single investor in Pakistan. Dr Baig prays to Almighty Allah that this country will prosper under the dynamic leadership of today’s rulers.
