There is a sharp increase in vicious information the Pakistani military campaign against India. The analysis will identify three triggers: Balakot the attack of February 2019, the return BJP the government in elections in may 2019 and revision August 2019 Article 370.

Balakot demolished the age-old assumption that Pakistan nuclear equivalence guarantees that India will not take retaliatory action against the terrorist attacks. The return of the government the BJP said that India will continue to monitor muscular policy in the next five years. The article 370 is the solution to demolished in the center of the nationalism of Pakistan “Kashmir Banega Pakistan” and raised concerns about the plans of India to Pakistan, Jammu and Kashmir (POJK).

These events led him to shift the focus of its anti-India strategy from inciting terrorism supported by the component of the information war the information war supports terrorism.

Pakistan has two main instruments work in tandem to achieve this policy, ISI and inter-services public relations (ISPR). The ISPR is one-stop-shop for information war against India. He was for many years, gaining thousands of young people have been trained in the mechanics of social networking and use it to draft Anti-India threads.

Pakistani main goal is to demolish the “brand India”, attacking its key components — inclusive and secular society, a democratic country, a decisive government, developing economic centre and strong foreign policy. This was done by trying to polarize the society and undermine social cohesion. It is expected that this strategy will have a cascading effect that negatively impacted India’s secular and Democratic reputation, to scare foreign investment and lead to questions about its international image.

A key platform of this strategy, Twitter, WhatsApp, YouTube and Facebook. A large number of fake accounts in social networks, especially Twitter, was created. Although Twitter is not the most popular platform, in terms of quantity, in India or Pakistan, this is perhaps the most efficient form of instant messaging. Pakistan has developed a malicious fake stories embellished with audio and video clips. Use grips with a strange middle Eastern identity is the latest addition to its tricks.

Internal events and dissent in India would be to manipulate the workpieces and used for the development of a social narrative of India damaged tissue. Key topics include India Muslim law, and “fascist Indian government” Hindutva supremacy ideology.

In J&K key topics: Kashmir is a “disputed territory” waiting to be addressed in the framework of the resolutions of the United Nations; India should talk to Pakistan to solve this problem, and since India refuses to talk, need international intervention; Kashmiris want “azaadi”, the Kashmiris are waging Jihad against India; the Indian army is violating human rights of Kashmiris. Recently, they are advocating that India is preparing a false flag operation and the genocide of Muslims in Kashmir.

It is noteworthy that the same anti-India narrative repeated ad nauseam from all medium to platform — whether it’s politics as Imran Khan or Shah Mehmood Qureshi, ISPR, or print, electronic media and social networks.
One of the indicators of the strategy of Pakistan available in the Green book Pakistan army till 2020. The article Lieutenant General Raza Muhammad Khan (Retd.) reads: “With the spread of Internet, nowadays, nothing can escape exaggeration, distortion, and falsification to manipulate the perception on major issues relating to peace and security.”Another article of one state by Farzana Shah: “a single video or picture can change the perception of India, which it has built so painstakingly over many years.”

For India, there must be a continual vigil and fight against the campaign was against terrorism in the interests of Pakistan. Though the Indian Polity is a strong, persistent toxic such attacks can temporarily damage our social structure. We must not allow ourselves, wittingly or unwittingly become a victim of such fraud, to polarize society, even temporarily.

Shaken by two significant Modi government actions last year – air strikes on terror camps in Balakot and cancellation of the special status of Jammu and Kashmir – the Pakistani Army has recalibrated its proxy war tactics against India.

The Pakistani Army has decided to wage psychological warfare, revive indigenous terrorism in Kashmir against India and use Indian writers such as Arundhati Roy’s criticism of India as propaganda material to benefit Islamabad.

All this and more is revealed in the latest edition of the Green Book 2020 published by the headquarters of the Pakistani Army.

The Green Book is a secret internal publication of the Pakistani Army that outlines its understanding, vision and geopolitical strategy. Apart from the views of the Pakistani Army commander, it includes an essay on policy recommendations written by defense forces specialists and state strategic thinkers.

In a 200-page book, Pakistan Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has written that two decisions taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi last year, the Balakot strike on February 26 and the reorganization of Jammu & Kashmir states on August 5, will have an “eternal imprint”. on the geopolitics “region.

Bajwa described the Balakot attack as “a coercive attempt to carve out space for war under the nuclear hang-up and establish superiority.” Kashmir Modi’s decision, Bajwa said, had “raised the stakes for the whole world.”

Other writers such as Lieutenant General (retired) Raza Muhammad Khan (former corps commander and former President of the National Defense University, Islamabad), Senator Mushahid Hussain and journalist based in Peshawar Farzana Shah made several recommendations for anti-Indian policies.

Realizing that India was supported by US and American efforts to hold back the rise of China promoting India, one of his suggestions was to warn Washington that Pakistan would shift its troops from the Western border, which could adversely affect peace in Afghanistan, if New Delhi was allowed to pursue its Kashmir policies .

The book also contains conspiracy theories such as “increased proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, because the Indo-US nuclear agreement and RSS were arrested on Indian nuclear weapons and its armed forces” and the Indian external intelligence agency RAW “set up special cells at a cost of $ 500 million” to sabotage the Corridor China-Pakistan economy.

China as a reliable strategic ally is repeatedly emphasized in this book. In one essay, Chinese President Xi Jinping’s quote – “No matter how things change in the world and region, China will firmly support Pakistan in upholding its sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity and dignity” – highlighted.

Another recommendation is to bring Pakistan’s proxy war against India into a “non-kinetic domain” such as information or cyber or electronic warfare. For this, the Pakistani Army has been advised to carry out propaganda using video clips and pictures about “the brutality of Indian oppression forces” in Kashmir to change perceptions about India, which has been “painstakingly built for years”.

“Modi India will surely be trapped and drowned in the Kashmir swamps,” the essay by Senator Hussain said, while Ambassador Shamshad Ahmad Khan wrote, “Kashmiri youths are dying in the streets, not asking for jobs and job opportunities. They are holding Pakistani flags; this is a clear verdict! ”

One major suggestion offered to the Pakistani Army is that it should revive “local insurgency” in Indian Kashmir and make it difficult for “India to continue selling terrorism cards” in Kashmir.

“Only a native and politically defensible uprising for Pakistanis in an international forum. Even such an uprising will require support in the information domain,” said an essay.

Professor Tughral Yamin in his recipe for a future war with India said that as long as Kashmir had not been resolved, “there will be many triggers to cause another crisis (for India) in the future.”

But other writers suggested that “Indian masses and liberal intellectuals” should be recipients of Pakistan’s information dissemination campaign in Kashmir.

The only scientific work in this book, the Security Competition between the US & China and the Impact on South Asian Regional Strategic Balance ‘, was written by Rizwana Karim Abbasi who recommended bilateral dialogue between the US and China and simultaneously between India and Pakistan.
