It’s impossible to miss Dua Lipa. The comforter has been on the tip of everyone’s tongue, and at everyone’s bait. Last week, radio and music streaming services bustled with her duet “Prisoner” with Miley Cyrus where the two transformed into “Vampire Rock“For this week? Ms. Lipa appeared at the American Music Awards in a very luxurious Versace dress. She showed off flashy and striking cuts on Instagram with her stylist Lorenzo Prosocco. Good vibes also seem to have followed Lipa all week, as she was nominated for six Grammys. Awards.

Another person who did a complete check-up was fellow singer Justin Bieber. In a full dude-bro slacker style, he poses in a loose fitting outfit, complete with a cream NBA bomber jacket and sorbet-pink slouchy pants. Can you see the bling? He wears a large diamond necklace over his yellow T-shirt.

Rowan Blanchard did a mirror selfie this week. And why not? He was seen turning around with Miaou’s attractive label. The look is of a full 50s pin-up girl: a cropped tie and a skimming skirt printed with a retro-inspired tomato image.

Best Instagram Fashion of the Week: Dua Lipa, FKA Twigs, Alicia Keys and More | Instant News

We really get to catch an upcoming epic virtual performance with FKA Twigs and Dua Lipa on November 27 at 9pm. Last week, FKA Twigs announced on its Instagram that two incredibly beautiful and fashion-forward musicians will be performing together at the Lipa project, Studio2054’s exclusive online show. (The Lipa website describes it as “a rocket-fueled journey through time.”) Judging by their fiery appearance, the two would fit well together. At ‘gram, Lipa opted for a sleek white shirt with a tie and jeans, while FKA Twigs wore a lime green jacket with fur trim. Sign us up!

Need to cool off after all the fun? Well, look at Alicia Keys. He gave us the most relaxed look of the week. The shining musician sat on his bed in a short-cut Grateful Dead T-shirt and cargo pants, complemented by a pillow. He left us with a few words of wisdom in his caption, which read: “Pillow fight anyone ??? The best medicine is laughter. Make sure you laugh today? !! ”

Sure, there’s a red-hot moment from Kylie Jenner posing in an extreme crop top this week. Ms. Jenner captioned the post with: “love that for you.” What does he love for me? For us? I am not sure. What I also still have doubts about is how her semi-sheer leaf print top is worn. From the picture, it appears around the neck, but also has a cut in the middle of the chest, and also a slit under the arms. It is a daring mystery. She completes the bombshell look with a gold belly chain that fits snugly around the high waisted gray denim pants.

Finally, there is a moment of neat reflection that comes from Marc Jacobs. The designer posted a photo of himself in nature and the shining sun. He wrote: “On a clear day. Rise up and look around you, and, you will see who you are …. On a clear day how it will amaze you .. That the radiance of your being surpasses every star. For an introspective event, she chose a purple blazer with a Gucci monogram that goes well with the hued turtleneck wine, and yes, lavender dyed coif. Let’s take that energy into the next week.

Travis Scott and Parsons Join to Bring Fashion Education to Houston | Instant News

Travis Scott’s track record of collaborations is quite impressive – who else could join McDonald’s, Nike, Fortnite, and Saint Laurent? —But the newest hip-hop stars are perhaps the most meaningful. Today’s announcement that Scott Cactus Jack Foundation will join The New School’s Parsons School of Design launching a special mode program was the start of an unprecedented alliance. Working with the college and the nonprofit My Brother’s Keeper, Scott will provide what he calls, an “authentic fashion design program” for high school students interested in the field. Participants will be able to enter courses with world-renowned Parsons instructors. Classes for online certification, plus a web-based incubator for new talent, will set young, stylish aspirants on the path to success. Headquartered in Scott’s hometown of Houston, it will also include scholarships that allow students across the country to take part in the action.

As the school where Tom Ford, Marc Jacobs, Emily Adams Bode, and Proenza Schouler’s Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez hone their skills, Parsons has become the gold standard for design education in the United States. Its graduates benefit from a world-class education, but it is largely inaccessible to those who cannot afford the expensive tuition fees that are now common at many private colleges and national universities. Fashion can be petty but attending Parsons comes with access to internships, networking opportunities, and mentorship with the potential to open doors. Allowing high school students from traditionally underrepresented communities in the school student body to experience the curriculum is a seemingly long step.

The Parsons initiative is just one of the many charity announcements Scott has revealed today. United by their focus on uplifting society and giving young people the tools they need for long-term achievement, Scott’s contributions range from starting Cactus Jack Gardens, an elementary school agriculture and nutrition program, to donations to students attending historical Black colleges and colleges and universities. Named in honor of Scott’s grandfather, an HBCU alum, the Waymon Webster scholarship will cover tuition fees for students facing financial hardship during the pandemic.

Usually, when a celebrity announces a fashion collaboration, it just means more merch, but Scott’s altruistic efforts provide a new template. In giving students access to programs that can develop their talents and encourage them to explore possibilities, Scott helps change fashions for the better. Expanding the industry’s talent pool has been the subject of conversation for years, and any push toward a business where everyone is allowed opportunity is a step forward.
